Classes
Currently we offer an online class with two sections.  The first section covers creating a PowerSites^TM while the second covers PowerSite^TM enhancements.  It is fine to participate in first section only then end the training early.  We strongly advise that you attend one of our classes to get the most from your PowerSites^TM .

Class Itinerary
Introduction to PowerSites Plus

To ensure that we provide the highest quality training and to focus on the individual needs of each class attendee we limit our training classes to a maximum of 15 people.  As a result we cannot guarantee that the time and date you request will be available.  If the class you request is full we will make every effort to arrange an alternate time and date that will fit your schedule.

Custom Training
If you have a group of 3 or more agents and would like a customized training session then please contact us with your requirements.

Requirements
A broadband connection (Cable, DSL or Corporate Network) is required to realize the benefits of our online training, which uses Webex, an Internet-based meeting tool.

Notes
A minimum of 24 Hours notice is required when scheduling a training class. A telephone line is necessary to hear the audio portion of the training.
